Responsibilities:

Execute purchasing operations for all company requirements in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Source and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate best prices and terms.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods as per required specifications.
Review price quotations and prepare comparative analyses to support the best purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with different departments to identify actual needs and prevent stock shortages.
Monitor supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Prepare periodic procurement and expenditure reports and submit them to management.
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement management systems.
Strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work.
