Responsibilities:
- Oversee the showroom's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Welcome customers and provide expert consultation on agricultural products (supplies, equipment, and materials).
- Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain product availability.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Organize in-showroom product displays and promotional activities
- Track market trends, monitor competitors, and propose development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom management or sales — agricultural sector experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in sales software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
