About the Job
We’re Hiring: Administrative / HR Assistant – Based in Kuwait 🇰🇼
 
 We’re looking for a proactive Administrative / HR Assistant to support our HR and administrative operations. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people and processes, this could be your next career move!
 
 Location: Kuwait
 Working Hours: 8 AM – 4 PM
 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
 Visa Type: Article 18 (Transferable Only)
 
 Requirements:
  •  3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  •  Good knowledge of HR procedures (recruitment, employee files, payroll basics).
  •  Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  •  Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  •  Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
  •  Prepare and update employee files, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  •  Assist in recruitment activities (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preparing offers).
  •  Support payroll preparation (attendance, leave, overtime data).
  •  Handle HR forms (hiring, termination, leave requests, transfers).
  •  Prepare administrative and HR reports for management.
  •  Assist in training coordination and staff development tracking.
  •  Organize meetings, staff events, and company activities.
  •  Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
