Job Purpose:
To support the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System across all business units and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the Company's HSE Management System.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, response, and business continuity activities related to HSE.
- Monitor occupational health, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinate HSE training, awareness, and competency programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, permits, and documentation.
- Monitor contractor and visitor HSE compliance.
- Support ISO Management Systems, internal/external audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Perform any other HSE-related duties assigned by the HSE Manager.
